Refund Policy

At ClubZella, we're committed to making sure you're happy with every purchase. Each item is crafted and packaged with care, and we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Because our merchandise is limited edition, custom-designed and sometimes shipped internationally, we're unable to offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery due to customs or local couriers.

1. Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen, so in special cases, we'll gladly help resolve issues such as:

You received a wrong item.
Your product arrived damaged or defective.
An item is missing from your order.

If any of these apply, please contact our support team at support@clubzella.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photo(s), and a short description of the issue.

2. Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

A replacement item at no extra cost.
A store credit for future purchases.
In some rare cases, a partial refund, if a replacement isn't possible.

3. International Orders

For international customers, please note:

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order once your issue has been resolved with our team.
